RAE Corporation’s service department can provide technical assistance, as well as furnish maintenance and service information. You may contact our service personnel by email, telephone, fax, or mail.  Check, test, and start-up forms as well as Installation Operation and Maintenance manuals are available to assist you with the service, installation and maintenance of your equipment.

Field service supervision for check, test, and start-up or other service problems is available from RAE Corporation on a schedule of charges basis. The service department should be contacted with the request for field assistance. We require the representative or his designated agent to be present with us at the job in question.
