right now when you need it. What is a cased coil? Basically it’s a Standard RAE Coil, Chilled, Hot Water or Direct Expansion completely enclosed in an insulted coil housing. This type of
application is typically used for additional cooling within duct work or air handling units. With RAE Coils standard design you can have a blow through or draw
through application meeting most applications in as little as four weeks!

- 16 gauge galvanized sloped drain pan with 1” fpt drain connection
- 1 ½ duct flanges on entering and leaving side of housing
- Offset fin pack to maximize performance and drainage
- 1” – 1 ½ lbs. sq. ft. open-face insulation
- 6” connection stub outs

Recommended face velocities and static pressures
- Maximum of 500 fpm with 8 fpi or less
- Maximum of 450 fpm with 9 fpi or less
- Higher velocities can cause moisture carry over
- Blow thru or draw thru application acceptable
- Maximum 2” w.g. positive or -1” w.g. negative pressure
